熊猫的政治算盘3


This is the actual text of the Convention on Endangered Animals, and this is the section that covers the trade of endangered species such as the panda. For the Chinese version of the text (which is, oddly enough, a pdf file of a handwritten document, so you have to squint a bit to read it) you can go to the bottom of that page and there are links to translations of the text into other languages.

這個網頁下方有公約的簡體中文版本連接。奇怪的是，這個是手寫的版本，但是根據他們的說法，這就是當時擬定的，因此該文件的法律效力與英語版本的完全相同。
