慶祝中秋，皆為精彩曲目。但是僅有一首是與月亮相關的，其餘基本上無特別主題。

如果提起月亮，毫無疑問我會先想到Moonchild。
02. You Can't Name Your Own Tune / Barry Altschul / You Can't Name Your Own Tune(1977) / Muse
我非常喜歡的前衛爵士打擊樂手Barry Altschul與一些前衛爵士名將合作的唱片。名單列出來也許你就明白了：

03. Man-Child / Dave Liebman / First Visit(1973) / Westwind / composed by Richie Beirach
這張唱片在新竹的金革門市買到，其中此曲意外地相當精彩。雖然明顯是模仿John Coltrane黃金四重奏的風格，但是這首曲子裡的細緻(歸功Richie Beirach)、力道(歸功Jack DeJohnette)均表現的可圈可點。
在此處Liebman吹奏的是tenor sax.(而非soprano sax.)，而這裡的bass手跟上一首一樣也是Dave Holland。
04. Moja, Part 1 / Miles Davis / Dark Magus(1974) / Columbia
前陣子聽了許多末期(80年代晚期)Miles Davis樂隊現場錄音，雖然依舊不差，但是再翻出這74年電擊現場時，滿面燙辣，主導的funk bass(Michael Henderson)仍然句句直搗黑人靈魂。三隻強悍電吉他，不用再多說的Miles式小號，雖然這是他們七零年代激情的最後一抹，也完全不留遺憾了。
05. King of the World / Steely Dan / Countdown to Ecstasy(1973) / MCA
七零年代的流行音樂之所以無比迷人，他們絕對是重要的原因。不可思議的旋律感、一流的樂器伴奏編曲和即興，以及最難能可貴的原創力。
Countdown to Ecstasy是他們的代表作之一，也是他們唯一一張有固定伴奏樂團的唱片。這首King of the World更是此碟中最高傑作——在1分59秒時的鍵盤過場獨奏(後來多次重複)，從一個普遍常見的旋律型發展成驚人原創的變奏，初聽時完全傻了；一直到最後流暢神妙的吉他(Denny Dias)與鍵盤合奏即興，精彩尚不足以形容。
對於聆聽Steely Dan，我沒有經歷過那嬉皮年代，歌詞也因此看都看不懂，這是最大的可惜之處了。
