澳洲新南威爾斯省的 http://www.tec.org.au/ 環保組織提出呼籲政府強化包裝法的說帖，說帖當中引用了一份問卷調查資料，雖然我無法確知投票的客觀性與否，但是其中羅列數個問題，可以供作檢視台灣包裝問題(以及資源回收，廢棄物問題)之依據。

說帖的問題如下：

你認為包裝垃圾(飲料罐，禮盒、食品包裝袋)是一個大問題嗎。

Do products have too much packaging?
產品是不是有太多包裝

Is packaging thrown away as rubbish or litter increasing or decreasing?
被當作垃圾丟掉的包裝(而沒有被回收)的數量，是越來越多，還是越少。

Is enough being done to address packaging rubbish and litter?
現行對包裝垃圾的對策已經足夠了嗎

Who is responsible for creating the packaging rubbish and litter problem?
誰要負起製造包裝垃圾的責任

Who should be responsible for the cost of dealing with packaging rubbish and litter?
誰要負起，處理包裝垃圾的花費

Should government make those responsible for creating packaging rubbish and litter deal with its environmental impact?
政府應不應該對製造包裝垃圾與造成環境影響負責。
