貓探員的祕密基地

中午上飛輪，是久違的Peter老師，peter長得很像藝人阿ken，濃眉大眼，眾飛輪老師中我最喜歡他，除了他解講得很細，不會流於抽象哲學派，最重要的是他的音樂品味。

職業病使然，我有時候騎在腳踏車上，會分析各老師的音樂口味，甚至有時候有奇想，想說如果我是體院的碩士，論文題目要來寫「運動與音樂之間的關係」，用電子音樂、搖滾樂等不同樂種，或是不同速度的來測情緒或是哪些數據之類的(完全就是自已的還沒寫完的，就在胡思亂想…)每一個教練都有自已的一張音樂cd，上課開始就放下去，有時是快歌，有時是慢歌，用來訓練學員的速度感，今天peter放了一首老歌，聽到自已喜歡的歌，真的會很開心，踩得更加賣力，這首歌三十二歲囉~在慾望城市裡面，凱莉跟基佬好友去舞會，她被選為party Queen，最後一支舞，這首歌傳出來，她說「啊，這是我的最愛!」然後擁著好友跳了這一支舞。老歌時間，一起來聽吧
