I just sent the information about the recommended jazz pubs in Prague. It seems you have various choices for each day.
The following is only the best of the day, for your reference:

Oct 09: MALY GLEN (www.malyglen.cz add: U Maleho Glena, bar - restaurant - jazz&blues club – apartments, Karmelitska 23, Prague 1, Czech Republic, tel +420 257531717) - where Jan Korinek and Groove Band will play. This club is my most beloved one; its also one of the smallest jazz clubs in Prague, with the best atmosphere :) two of my friends will play there, though they are just substitutes, I am not sure of the quality, but I think since they're very good, it may be a good performance. The entrance fee is I think 200CZK (About 6,5 pounds). Starts around 9:30pm (programme to be found at the websites...)
Oct 10: USP Jazz Lounge (www.jazzlounge.cz Address: Michalská street 9, Prague 1 ; Reservation until 8.30 PM on tel: +420 603 551 680 or by mail: info@jazzlounge.cz) - Vertigo Quintet. That night's my favourite. Very good, very unusual sound. I just love them. They have a very good singer, it's a very successful band.( You may take a look at them at myspace: http://www.myspace.com/152182171) I would go for it, if I was in Prague.
Oct 11: USP Jazz Lounge(www.jazzlounge.cz Address: Michalská street 9, Prague 1 ; Reservation until 8.30 PM on tel: +420 603 551 680 or by mail: info@jazzlounge.cz) - Beata Hlavenkova and Josef Stepanek Trio - they should be also fairly good - Beata Hlavenkova is quite skilled pianist, Josef Stepanek plays pedal steel guitar. They often perform in huge orchestras and play also classical music.
